my baby is now 1 year 3 month starting ....yesterday suddenly she is committed 2 times now she have some fever also...what can I do plz help me ... her teeth now only coming

It Could be due to that only that your child has got fever but it has got no connection with vomiting so I think probably your child was not able to digest the food that you gave to the child and due to fever also your child vomited consult your paediatrician ones please
