A. Hi, Have satavar stick or satavari powder in milk early in the morning empty stomach. This will surely help you in getting good milk flow dear. Once you get good milk flow, then you can try using Philips avent manual breast pump and Philips avent natural baby bottle. Both are awesome products by Philips.
