my baby is not sleeping in the night.. especially when I ate chicken..he behave like shivaring..then cry..do I need to avoid chicken.. which foods I need to avoid... please help

A. hello mom it is better to avoid too spicy and too oily food in the diet also increase the intake of fluids and have ajwain water also it could be due to colic it that the baby is uncomfortable apply heeng around the navel of the child
