Give three meal and two snacks
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly

If Not fruits then you should try to give good amount of water and liquids to the child like coconut water buttermilk water all these things are going to be Ascension and you can give milk shakes to the child by adding good amount of fruits into it that is how you can incorporate it
