Your child is comfortable taking feeding properly the urine output is good then there is no problem as kids can go without pooping for 10 to 15 days in this age at a stretch but if there’s a concern with your child discomfort then you can insert a suppository into the anal region of the child for clearing the system within 3 to 5 hours
