Q.

My baby is not pooping from past 2 days she was under medication of cold and cough also her body is warm and her temperature vary from 99.2-99.5 is she having fever

A. hello. if she is behaving irritable then you maygive her paracetomol for time being. also keep a watch on her body temprature. give her lots of rest.
