my baby is not passing stools for past 3 days. please suggest what to do?

A. no you can't give prunes. baby is less than 6 months. just give breast milk. some babies don't poop till 5 days. it's normal. if no poop till 5 days, then consult pediatrician

A. my baby is in exclusive breastfeed. I am not giving any formula milk or any type of substitute. thn also baby is not passing stool

A. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and coxw's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
