Exclusively breastfeeding the child that means that’s not enough for your child to gain weight I would recommend you to stick to totally formula feed now because when you are giving breastfeeding you have seen the child is not gaining weight so it’s going to be more sensible that you stick to formula feeding which is what is going to be helpful in better weight gain and root of your child
