my baby is not having fever but she always vomit when i give her to eat ....and also she vomit even when she dnt want to eat ...after seeing the food ....why this is happening to her

Sometimes it’s a psychological thing because a child doesn’t want to eat anything at all which is why it happens and sometimes it could be due to some gut related issue which is why it would be good for you to get checked by the doctor they will advise you accordingly
