my baby is not going for motion more then 3 to 4 days any reason

Well there are 100% liquid diet so that is why constipation is very normal to be seen in this age and kids can actually go without pooping for two weeks also at a stretch but if they are comfortable they do not show any sign of discomfort so it wouldn’t be a problem in that case
