Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl1 month agoA. Along with all the family food is going to be very good idea to include more of proteins in the diet you can go ahead with giving both vegetarian and non-vegetarian proteins which are essentially very healthy and good for the growth of your child
