My baby is not gaining weight properly.she is 14 months old and is 9kgs weight

Though her weight is fine as per the age as such but you can calculate as per her birth weight which is expected to almost triple by the age of 1 and later it doubles up by the age of 5 as such
you can give her all regular family foods as such include foods from varied food groups
