My baby is not gaining weight...but he eats his three time meal...and he is healthy.

When the variant does not happen or it is sad then that’s mostly due to nutritional deficiency since you were mentioning that your child is eating well and properly still if the weight gain is not happening that means there is a deficiency you should consult your paediatrician
