my baby is not gaining weight at all from last 15days he is exact 4month and on complete breastfeed pls guide

I Do not know the current weight and the birth weight of your child so I can only tell you if you believe that your child is not even gaining about 400 g every month on the minimum side then maybe the breastfeeding that you are giving to the child is not enough or is not healthy enough to consult your lactation doctor ones
