My baby is not gaining weight as per his age.His birth weight was 3.2 kg and now he is 4.7 kg.He is 2.5 month old. People tell me that I have low quality of breast milk. Is that true?

meeta agarwalMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, There are three reasons why babies do not gain weight: not taking in enough calories, not absorbing calories or burning too many calories. Full-term newborn infants should take in about 1.5 to 2 ounces of breast milk or formula about every 3 hours. Premature infants need more calories than term babies.
you just need to take care of diet
