Hii.do not worry at all..all we need to change the texture and taste of the rice..rice is rich source of complex carbohydrates which is a great sorce of energy that help our baby grow. I would suggest you to try it with daal, cooked vegetable, if your baby like sweet dish you can make kheer with dryfruits.
POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Hi, its normal and fine if baby is not having rice. anyways its fiber less and contains less nutrients. Rather you give baby chapati, oats, daliya, ragi etc to replace rice Also to feed rice you can feed idli and dosa to baby.
