Q.

my baby is not eating properly hardly takes 2-3 bites of any food. Trying to make varity of foods but she is not taking more than 2-3 bites. how much quantity a one year girl should have for one time meal? please help

A. but she is only demanding breast milk. not eating anything neither puree nor Solis only 2-3 bites she will take then she will not open her mouth . she finds outside food tempting if anyone is eating that she demands for same and eat that properly. I am trying to make variety so that she can eat but don't know why she is not eating. I am using all the necessary spices except chilly to prepare the food. it would be helpful if you can give few tips or recipes .

A. He can take between three quarters to one cup of food three to four times a day, plus one to two snacks between meals. Continue breastfeeding as much as your child wants, until he is at least 2 years old.
