My baby is not eating food since 10 days. can you please help us on this?

A. Yes. we have tried with different food options but no luck. he is having only water and not food. please help me

A. hello you should try with different food option and recipe and also you should be giving your child small portion of food frequently instead of 1 large meal at a time and include fruits which is the natural appetizer that can help to improve the appetite of the child
