my baby is not eating anything since three days a accompained by vomitting and loose motions just taking breastfeeding,and that too vomitting,what to do .

A. May be your baby is having a teething problem, see if your baby is chewing everything, then give them gum massage, or give them some teething toys, Give ORS, domeatal drops for vomiting, for food, banana puree, curd, apple juice, carrot juice and avoid other dairy products
