my baby is not eating anything π.. he also feel like vomiting.. he is having vomiting and loose motions. I am too much tensiond plz suggest me

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom as he is not well avoid force feeding the child , give only as much he can take , currently for this age he can br given fluids such as water , ORS, coconut water , buttrr milk , fresh fruit juices etc to keep hydrated
