My baby is not eating anything for the past few weeks .. he is mostly relaying on BM. He had fever few days back now his mouth is full of heat pimples or ulcers. What do I do? How to bring him back to eat. Please suggest

A. hello.. better to give him lots of fluids such as fruit juice, coconut water, dal soup, kheer.. try feeding him easy to digest food in dmall amount kore often.
