My baby is not communicating well. she talks a lot and recites rhymes. she has eye contact. but she rarely respond to her name. but she laughs and smiles looking at us. she doesn't follow instructions. she seeks my attachment a lot. she says a few meaningfull words and phrases. should I be worried or wait for few months??
