my baby is not ant to eat any thing without flavour, for sweet I use jaggery bt i can't able to understand for salty what is i use for it

A. It is wise to avoid adding any extra salt to your baby's food. Babies and children only need a tiny amount of salt in their diet and that need is generally met through breast milk or infant formula. As your baby gets older and begins eating table food, he or she will get plenty of hidden salt in these foods. There are certain foods that are naturally salty without the need of adding any unnecessary sodium. These are eggs, beetroot, etc. If the foods are too bland, then use spices and herbs. Garlic, ginger, powdered spices like turmeric, cumin, and coriander add flavour to food in small quantities.
