Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. you have to give only demand feeding to the child that is whenever the child feels hungry you can give milk to the child
and the child will take the milk according to the need and then will leave the milk.
if the child is taking more milk you can offer milk in more quantity with intermittent burping .
there is no need to to go for fixed feeding pattern.
also there is no need to wake up the chdild from sleep if the weight of the child is within normal limits .
also if the weighxt gain of the child every month is normal then no need to worry regarding the pattern of breastfeeding
Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear parent! If your baby is feeding well the rest of the time there is nothing to worry. There should be a minimum weight gain of 400 to 500 g per month in the first six months. Consult your doctor for further advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
