my baby is making noise while breathing, it's observed that sound is heavy in morning and night time. using nozzle drops twise a day and sinarest af drops also using twise a day, but no improvement plz give suggestions to overcome this

Then maybe this is basically due to know the lock because which is when this thing is going to happen so if required you can continue with the nasal drops and if needed please check with your doctor as well they will be able to help you with the right kind of medication that you should be going ahead with
