my baby is looking very thin day by day she looks weaker ...she didn't correctly what to do pls Tel me how can I improve her.......

regular growth monitoring is important follow the growth curve with the doctor
baby should gain adequate weight atleast 500 gram per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less
