my baby is lactose intolerant can I give him cow milk.he is 1.7month old

On one side you are saying that your child is lactose intolerance of absolutely it is not recommended to give any of the lactose products to the child which is why I can only recommend you that you can go ahead with soya milk that’s going to be a safer option and if you want to put an end to this issue then I think the best thing that you can do for your child is to start with homoeopathic treatment that’s quite good for issues like lactose intoleranceWrite Your Answer Here
