My baby is just only 5 month old , can I give her outside food like apple chikku

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no, you may give this after 6 month.. wait fir a month more, No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months. Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand

Yes you can give, Apples may be introduced as soon as a baby is ready to start solids, which is generally around 5 months of age, as long as the fruit is deseeded, cut in an age-appropriate way, and for young babies, cooked until soft to reduce the risk of choking.
