Q.

my baby is just 4 months old and he rarely cries for milk and very rarely he pee. He only drinks for more time when he sleeps during breastfeeding else he is not drinking for me time. What should I do? Also I have started tonoferron drops to my kid does it make blackness on tongue?

A. yes iron drops will be passing blackness on the tongue you adequate feeding to avoid dehydration less passing urine for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
