A. hi babies weight gain depends on their birth weight usually they gain 250 to 500g per month. and ideally 3 months old baby should have weight between 3.5 to 5 kg so don't worry , your child weighs normal. please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight. give Massage to your child daily maintain good hygiene.
