my baby is having tiny bumps/pimples filled with water.. all over his body . it seem to be spreading day by day... there is no other discomfort like itching n all..

A. It seems like chicken pox or some skin infection which needs to be physically examined so consult your paediatrician abd get it checked abd avoid itching or scratching the skin otherwise it will spread abd keep the skin clean and dry

A. Dressing him in light cotton clothing . Bath in lukewarm water. It’s best to avoid soap, because this can irritate your child’s skin. You can also put calamine lotion on the rash. Consult the doctor if you see pustules and swelling.
