Bath in lukewarm water. It’s best to avoid soap, because this can irritate your child’s skin. You can also put calamine lotion on the rash.
Consult the doctor if you see pustules and swelling.

Sometimes this can be because of change it weather in such case you should always try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and doesn’t get relief. In such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician and about it because you’re Dr can only advise you well after examining baby
