my baby is having ths type of patch in his neck , he is 4.5 months old ..

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. this mainly occurs due to dry skin so kindly visit your doctor for moisturizing lotion application which has to be applied 4 to 5 times everyday to decrease the dryness and such type of patch
