my baby is having swollen in right side back of his neck. is it a serious issue. might be posterior cervical lymph node

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper exahomination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult youro doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
