My baby is having sweaty palms and feet what might be the cause?Is it something we should worry about?

A. that's ok head is the largest surface area and large number of sweat glands hence temperature regulation happens through the head. so it might feel warm wear weather appropriate clothing. nothing to worry about it is normal in babies
