my baby is having sudden motions and severe vomitings just now and feverish and dhe dull completely from today morning

A. If the motions are there fever is also there and if the motion is loose then of course as far as I know it could probably be due to a stomach infection that is why your child is having this issue kindly consult your doctor regarding this situation
