A. you can give entrogermina 2 drops twice in a day.

A. hi it might be bacterial Infection please consult your pediatrician for this. offer plenty of breastfeeds if you have started to give semisolid food,give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc to your child stop introducing new food for now. keep your child well hydrated
