Q.

My baby is having squint in her eyes ... one dr suggested urgent laser surgery so we have taken second opinion that dr said we can wait for a while. so we are confused now ... is her squint go after some period of time also she is having number -1.5

A. Squint can be operated at any age and the eyes may be made straight, but squint surgery before 6 years of age carries much better visual results and long-term stability of effect. Squint can be operated in a few months old child.

Squint eyes is can be operated very well by the age of 5 to 6 years also so it’s not a problem if you are still confused then you can take third opinion otherwise if the second doctor says that you can wait for sometime then let your child be in a Is comfortable when you can go ahead with operating
