Q.

my baby is having so much cough n cold plz recomend me a syrup for him I have him Dilo ls bt still he is not ok even fever is also been there sometime so can u tell me what I can do ??

A. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations . For cold you can give drops wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful. d Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give wadrm water to drink If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor paracetamol for fever and pain.

A. Please get it checked with your doctor of the child is not getting relief right now viral is spreading quite a lot it could be a viral infection and fever also so best to get it treated by your doctor after a proper checkup so kindly consult your paediatrician regarding this currently you can nebulise that helps a lot in reducing down the congestion
