My baby is having small little pimples under his lips .. he is 7 months old wht should i do??

A. good evening I would recommend it to apply coconut oil mixed with a few drops of glycerine on the affected area it will help to make sure that there are no marks remaining apart from that use mosquito repellent to avoid mosquito bite
