my baby is having red dots on the skin and her skin is looking dry. she is also doing green poop 5 to 6 times a day. and her face is also looking dry. what should I do. please see the photos attached.

apply calapure or calamine lotion, over area
if spreads
Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation
