my baby is having rashes in his neck and blister in the back side thrughly spreading over the body please help me

A. Currently usually apply Boroline antiseptic cream and then on top of that calamine lotion but you’ll have to check with your doctor this is not looking good to me it could be some major allergy infection so better check with your doctor please
