My baby got rashes suddenly in morning and it keep on spreading all over the body. What it is?

Its Some allergy since it is spreading with the pace and that do that fast so you should definitely consult a skin doctor ones for that because once you know what kind of rash is your child is suffering from the doctor would be able to advise you as to what is the correct medicine for this
