my baby is having milia all over her face and body.she got her vaccination on Jan 19th.dnt know how to reduce the acne . suggest something

usually it disappears by own naturally.
so, don't worry.
just dress your child in cotton clothes.
keep your child in well ventilated room.
avoid using any cosmetics for now.
don't use soap while bathing your child
just use warm water.
keep that area clean and dry.
maintain good hygiene
