ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist8 hours agoA. dear mum, if baby is otherwise active, feeding well then there is nothing to be done for watery stools.you should continue to breastfeed. consult doctor if baby is passing 6 or more times of watery stools in a day.
