my baby is having loose motions..so can I eat fish curry as I am a breastfeeding mother

also the gas in abdomen of the child is not due to diet taken by the mother.f
mother can take all types of home made food which is good for her own healthc.
it is advisable to take all types of food made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits and milk by the mother.

I suggest you please take easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
