My baby is having high fever we already gave antibiotics and paracetamol but still she is having fever. she don't want to eat anything. what should i do please help

A. zincovit syrup can be useful. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
