My baby is having fever and doing vomiting after intervals for 2 days and now from yesterday motion has also started....giving medicines for all ...a bit improvement in fever but vomiting and motion is still there.....what should i do ???

A. may be infection . Should give o r s to baby and avoid milk for 3 to 4 days to prevent any dehydration . . .zinc drop can also be guve 1 m l daiky for some days
