my baby is having fever after vaccination nd she is not eating anything nd have vomiting too what should I do

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is quite natural for the baby to have fever pain at injection site and baby not taking any food for one or two days no need to worry you paracetamol to the baby soon baby will become normal
