my baby is having diaper rash for a week he is pooping little bit all the time that's make his butt wet bcz of this how could i rid off the diaper rash

Diaper should be change frequently and not used more than 3 to 4 hours or if the diaper is soiled it should be change immediately also try to use a diaper with super absorbent jelly which will be more helpful in reducing the rashes diaper should not be used very frequently also use zinc oxide barrier diaper rash creams to avoid contact of urine with huthe skin Also maintain proper hyygiene and avoid dampness which can cause secondary fungal infection.
