my baby is having cough n cold. We are giving her Mucolite and Wikoryl. Still she is coughing a lot.

Cough and Cold together along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection mostly like flu so suppdortive treatment is required. along with that cough expectorant along with decongestant and antiallergic medications are needed. steam inhalation can be given too as it will relieve the symptoms.
